The order is prepared for shipment after the online store receives confirmation of the transaction from the person making the payment.

The order processing time depends on the product availability and the date the payment confirmation is received. If the product is available, the package preparation time from the moment of payment is 2-3 business days.

In case of unavailability of the purchased product or inability to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will be notified via the email provided during registration. The customer will receive the following options:

  • order cancellation.
  • setting a new order fulfillment date.
  • partial cancellation of the order where fulfillment is not possible within the designated time frame.
  • setting a new fulfillment date for the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled within the designated time frame.

Delivery is carried out through one of the delivery services chosen by the customer and usually takes 2 business days. Shipments outside of Poland may take longer.

Orders are shipped on business days.

The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order form. If the customer changes the delivery address or does not pick up the package, all costs will be borne by the customer.
